  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (16 oz) package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 23 bags Fritos Scoops corn chips (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the drained MexiCorn, chopped green chiles, drained jalapeno peppers (adding reserved liquid to taste for desired heat), chopped green onions, mayonnaise, sour cream, pepper, garlic powder, and shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Stir everything until well combined and evenly mixed.
  2. Chill the Dip: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and place in the refrigerator. Chill the dip for at least two hours, though overnight chilling is preferred to allow flavors to meld fully and intensify.
  3. Serve: Once chilled, remove from the refrigerator and serve the World Corn Dip chilled or at room temperature alongside 2-3 bags of Fritos Scoops corn chips for dipping and crunch.
