  • 4 large Flour tortillas – warmed for folding
  • 4 small Corn tortillas – for crunch layer
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce – cold & crunchy
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese – Mexican blend or cheddar

Sauces & Optional Add-ins

  • ½ cup Sour cream – or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup Salsa – or pico de gallo
  • 2 tablespoon Hot sauce – optional
  • 2 tablespoon Ranch or chipotle mayo – optional

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the cooked chicken and sprinkle the taco seasoning over it. Stir and cook until the chicken is warmed through and well coated with seasoning. Shred or chop the chicken finely as preferred, then keep warm.
  2. Warm Tortillas and Prep Fillings: Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds to make them pliable for folding. Arrange the shredded lettuce, cheese, sour cream, salsa, and any optional toppings in separate bowls for easy assembly.
  3. Assemble Wraps: Lay each warmed flour tortilla flat and place a small corn tortilla in the center. Add a portion of the seasoned chicken on top of the corn tortilla.
