  • 1 lb ground beef (browned)
  • 2 Tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ onion (diced)
  • 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
  • 1 can black beans (15 oz)
  • 1 can kidney beans (15 oz)
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Place all the ingredients except the cooked rice into a crock pot.
  2. Step 2: Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-2.5 hours.
  3. Step 3: Just before serving, stir the cooked rice into the crock pot. Cover and let it warm for 2-4 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Serve the soup with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
