Main Ingredients

- 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade blend)
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/4 cup chipotle sauce

- 4 large flour tortillas

- Warm the Tortillas: Heat the flour tortillas on a dry skillet or in the microwave briefly to make them more pliable and easier to fold without tearing.
- Assemble the Burrito (5 mins): Lay a warmed tortilla flat and layer evenly with cooked white rice, the seasoned beef mixture, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, and sour cream. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Grill the Burrito (3–4 mins per side): Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese onto the surface. Place the burrito seam-side down onto the cheese and cook until the cheese melts and forms a crispy, golden crust. Flip the burrito and repeat the process on the other side to get a crispy, cheesy exterior.
